Happy September and a Pattern Sale!

When I was younger, I always loved September because it meant going back to school and in our house, lots of birthdays.  Now as I am older, September signifies the beginning of my favorite season and I know cooler Fall weather will soon be here.  I always look forward to putting the gardens to bed and watching the leaves change color.  And today is the first day of my favorite month!

I thought I would celebrate two ways.  September is the last month to finish up donation quilts for the 100 Quilts for Kids event.  Right now I have five quilts in various stages earmarked for the event and I thought I would try and whip out one more.  A way for me to share my happiness of the new season by paying it forward.

Needing something fast, I immediately thought of my Wiggle Time pattern.  I quickly grabbed some red, white and blue fat quarters and got to work.

As I was cutting the fabric, it came to me that I could celebrate September with all of you by putting my patterns on sale for the entire month!

So until October 1st, you will find my patterns all priced at $6 each in both my Payhip and my Etsy shops.

Happy September!

I love September too! Not just for the reasons you mentioned, but because it's my birthday month! LOL! You know there is always time for one more quilt...

Any child would love that quilt with it's movement and patriotic theme. Such a kind gift that will surely warm some little one this Winter...way to be...
