It is really hard for me to keep what I am working on a secret. You know I love to share!
But about a month ago, I was asked by the Fat Quarter Shop to participate in the Odori Quilt Along from their AGF (Art Gallery Fabric) Stitched series.
First, I had to choose from all the lovely Art Gallery Fabrics what prints I would use in my quilt. I decided to go with these Pat Bravo prints from her Indie Boheme Collection.
The quilt is made using the Spiderweb Ruler by Creative Grids. It was fun to assemble and see all of the pretty prints come together!
Here is a block all ready to assemble!
And here is the quilt all finished up and quilted!
You can find the free pattern here if you would like to make this quilt.
There is also a kit featuring the Love Story Collection by Maureen Cracknell that is lovely if you want to make the fabric selections easy!
On the back, I used this coral bird fabric from the same collection. So pretty!
There are a number of bloggers participating in this event. You can see their quilts featured on the Fat Quarter Shop's blog, Facebook and Instagram accounts. Just look for the hashtags #odoriquit #agfstitched and #fqsquiltalong.

Super pretty!! I really love the backing fabric!
Lovely! Really great pattern, and I love seeing a spider web style quilt that is not at all spider-y.
Great pattern. Love your fabric choices.
Oh, that bird print on the back is gorgeous! And the spider web blocks are so neat. It must have been hard to keep this one secret :)
Very pretty! A fun secret :)
This came out fabulous, Cynthia! I'm especially drawn to the palette -- it's so vibrant and contrasts well with the low-volume background print you used. So pretty!
Love your method for cutting the kite shape. This is definitely on my (very short) bucket list. Liz in Houston
So incredible! I bought a similar ruler a couple weeks ago!
Beautiful quilt!
Absolutely gorgeous! I haven't made a spiderweb quilt. You have inspired me to give it try!
Ooooh, that's cute! AGF has some nice prints. I'm glad you were able to share this now!
Your color combinations are always so beautiful! I love your quilt!
