A Mini Quilt Show

One of my favorite things about designing quilt patterns is seeing the finished quilts that people make with them!

I have recently seen a number of fun finishes so I thought I would share a few with you....

I recently taught a workshop here in the Eugene area on my Summertime Blossom pattern.  I always enjoy it when the students send their finished quilts to me for quilting.

Isn't this little pink baby quilt cute?

Here is a shot of giant sized quilt from the same pattern on my frame.  Rather than use fat quarters, this quilter made each blossom a different fabric.

I quilted a slightly dense leaf pattern - I love the texture!

Last week I quilted up this sweet quilt made from batik fat quarters.  It is made from my Wiggle Time pattern.

And here is a photo sent to me from a quilter who used the same pattern to make an I-Spy quilt.
I thought this was a great idea!

And finally, a former student finished up her Geese Migration quilt and wanted me to quilt it up for her.  I always love to look at the scraps used and the beautiful colors in these quilts.

(BTW - I will be teaching my Geese Migration quilt at the Stitchin' Post in Sisters Oregon this fall if any of you want to travel and take a workshop with me.  I will post more details soon!)

A big thanks to all the quilters that share their lovely quilts from my patterns.  If you want to make one of your own, you can find them on Etsy or in my pattern store on Payhip.

Fun to see the different versions of your designs! I love the blossoms one with the green background. I'm going to show the I-Spy version of Wiggletime to a friend here - she was just talking about making an I-Spy quilt for her grandson yesterday, and it's so cute done that way!

It's always fun to see what other people make from our patterns! How fun for you to see and then get to quilt a couple of them too!

Very cool to see the variety of quilts made with your patterns! It really helps me to visualize how a pattern might turn out when I see lots of fabric variations like this :)

It is fun to see the creative versions.

So interesting how from the same pattern each individual can make it their own with the choice of fabrics and placement.
