Okay, maybe this won't be the last Wiggle Time quilt I make - but it will be the last one for quite a while.
I received an email from one of my readers asking me if they had to use one fabric for each of the Wiggles...or if they could be mixed up. I told her that of course you could mix them up and went to go send her a photo of an example. It was then I realized I hadn't made one myself in the past.
I knew I had to get busy on that!
I received the email as I was putting together a bunch of quilt kits. I had these fun cat and mouse fabrics all picked out and realized it would be perfect.
The five fat quarters I picked for this quilt were mostly light values. So mixing them up throughout the quilt gave it much more balance. This is a great solution when you don't feel the fabrics are quite right.
Now I can add this fun quilt to my class samples to share all the different layouts you can create with the Wiggle Time pattern.
If you want to see samples of more Wiggle Time quilts, I have a Pinterest board dedicated to them.
(In fact, I have boards for all of my patterns.)
Enjoy your weekend everyone!

The variation of the prints in the wiggles looks great. I hope that the person who emailed you feels super confident making the pattern now!
Your variation of prints works so great!
I just love this pattern! So much potential on whatever fabrics one decides to use.
