More Children's Quilts

Lots of quilts for kids are still flowing through the pipeline.

This fun little transportation quilt is one of the tops donated by Kristin.  It is all flannel so it will keep a small kid toasty.

The plaid backing was gifted by Janet.  I think she sent 6 or 8 yards, so I loaded up the entire piece onto my longarm and just added quilt top after quilt top.

This quilt measures about 39" x 42"

Jenny sent in this colorful fish quilt top. It was quilted the same time the quilt above was done.  This is such a quick way for me to quilt up all these small quilts.

This quilt measures 40 x 48".

This is another flannel top sent in by Kristin. Thanks to Janet, I was able to add this one on my machine at the same time as the others.  I was also able to make some flannel binding from sone of the plaid leftovers.

This quilt is 40" square.

I think 30's reproduction prints always make such cute small quilts.  They look quite lovely in this diagonal layout.  This quilt and the soft blue flannel backing came in the Kristin carload.

This quilt is 36" square.

And finally, here is a soft and cuddly flannel baby elephant quilt. This was a quilt top, baking and binding sent in by Kristin. It measures about 30" x 40".

Tomorrow I am delivering 35 kid quilts to Bags of Love.  Almost all of them are backed in flannel, fleece, minky or corduroy.  Kids are not going to be cold if we can help it!

Thanks so all of you who help make this happen!!!
