There were a number of quilts finished this week. Here are a few I am ready to share. I ran out of labels so I will have to photograph and share the others later.
Kristin sent in this quilt top and backing fabric. The colors in this one are so amazing! It has already been sent out to find its new home.
This colorful 9-patch quilt top was sent in by Rena. We decided it was perfect for this purple plaid fabric sent to us by Kat. It really brought out the purple on the front. I sent this one off for Laura to quilt and sew on the binding.
Laura also quilted and bound this fun baseball themed quilt. Kristin sent in. She also sent in the fun plaid backing. And yes, you see two labels on this one - I guess I got carried away!
Here is a fun and colorful ocean themed quilt. Both the top and the backing fabric came from Kristin. She sends us so many fun kits ready to just load onto the longarm. She lives up in Washington and has a friend that drops off her donations right on my porch.
Cindy quilted up this sports themed quilt. The backing and quilt top was sent in by Kristin a while ago. I have been trying hard to track down and finish some of these quilt tops that have been hanging around here for far too long. As we grow, we have to reorganize our storage areas and things get moved to the bottom. It can be like an archeological dig sometimes!
See you this weekend for Oh Scrap!
