As I was cleaning up all the scraps of chevron fabrics from the tree table runner, I became distracted by a few bits and ended up making another little table topper.
The strips were already all cut, it was just a matter of sewing them up with some white Kona fabric.
This quick little project was another excuse to use up more of the chevron fabrics on the backing.
I am happy to say all of the scraps are now safely put away so this should be it for those chevrons. I really need to get focused on finshing some other projects!
Happy Friday Everyone!!

The matching tea cup and saucer look so lovely on the table runner! I wouldn't mind seeing more of these; the patterns you can make from the chevron fabric strips are really lovely.
These are lovely - such a great use of 'scraps'.
A creative way to use the scraps. They're beautiful.
These have been so interesting to see. I am in awe of the creativity I see in your work.
It's so easy to become distracted, but oh so much fun!!
Looks great!
I love the results of your distractions. I'm sure if you look, you could find some other chevron fabric...
I love your chevron table runners! They are such a cute idea. I need to make us a new Christmas one, since the old one was ruined by spilled wine last year! :). Thanks for the great ideas!
Great distraction!
Another distraction...another finish! I do love these chevrons!
Such a fun little project. I love how it turned out.
This is a great idea for scraps! I also find that creating a scrappy quilt is an awesome way of using up these scraps from around the house! Check it out Scrappy Quilt. Happy Quilting!
Great use of leftovers! I love the way it looks good on both sides!
Funny that 'squirrels' are catching your attention all over the place! This second one turned out so well too, but my fave is that Christmas tree. ;-)
