This week I am still protesting the color blue and playing with more purple scraps.
This week I finished up these three Rainbow Scrap Challenge blocks. I need to do a count on these blocks to see how many more I need. It is time to get this one up on a design wall and maybe finish it up.
I am finally feeling somewhat productive and want to see some finishes!
What are you working on?
*********************************************
It is now your turn to share what you are making with scraps. Here are the details for linking up:
- This linky party is for any scrappy project - It can be in-process or a finished piece.
- You can link up your blog post (not your homepage please) or Instagram photo from the past week that features your use of scraps.
- If you are linking to a blog post, I ask that you link back to my blog somewhere in your post. So if you are writing about scraps, just get into the habit of including a link as there will be a linky party available every week!
- If you are using Instagram, please use the hashtag #ohscrap.
- This is a party so remember to socialize and comment on the posts of others.
- Following my blog is not necessary but it sure would be great if you do!

LOL I love your protest colors
Glad you mojo is back. Love the purple blocks. Looking forward to seeing these blocks up on the design wall.
You are a rebel!! We can't always go with the flow especially when purple is calling us!
Your purple blocks are so pretty! And your use of scraps is always so inspiring. Thank you! And thanks for Oh Scrap every week.
Working through your scraps, no matter the color, is ALWAYS a good thing, Cynthia!! I'm working on a 3 year old UFO. I've put the top together and made some borders. The two have not been sewn together. Soon? Maybe! :o))
Those are pretty in purple! What size blocks are they? Have a great Sunday, Cyndy!
You do know that the August RSC color will now inevitably be purple, don't you?
Purple power! I'm protesting against my stack of finished tops and backings by starting new piecing instead of sandwiching and quilting. But it is scrappy piecing, and it contains both dark blue and purple :)
Pretty, pretty purple blocks, Cynthia.
Your purple blocks look great. Is that block an even block or are the rows with the four patches smaller? I'm thinking they are all the same size but the camera angle on one makes me wonder. I'm always intrigued by your scrap blocks...
You go girl! If you feel like a purple week instead of blue, go for it!
