Simply Adorable

Lately, my mail delivery has seemed like Christmas!

Everyday there are beautifully made blocks, gifted pieces of fabric, finished quilt tops, or completed quilts.  Today I wanted to share six lovely little quilts that Amanda sent.

First, I should say that Amanda is the Queen when it comes to stuffing the most quilts possible in a box.  You might remember she sent 4 cute quilts back in January.

This one is truly charming with it's pink, red and purple girly prints.  The narwhal fabric on the back is such a fun surprise.

Most of the quilts are made from 5" squares which makes the quilt right at about 40" square.

This one has the cutest fruit and vegetable prints.  There are even veggies on the flannel print on the back.

I am not sure if Amanda used charm packs to make these but the collections of fabrics go so well together.  This one has some great mid-century feeling cat prints. So of course, she also put some cat flannel on the back.

This one is really sweet as well.  I was looking at all the prints thinking of lovely gardens and then I saw the back - what a fun neighborhood to live in!

I should also point out Amanda's lovely quilting.  If she is doing these on her home machine, she has wonderful control.

I really love the colors in this quilt.  I was expecting a floral backing but nope...there are some very whimsical cats.

And finally, we head to the farm.  There are so many fun prints in this little quilt.  This pattern is a quarter log and I think the finished block size is 12".

All of these are now tagged and ready to be delivered.  They will soon find a home where they will certainly bring a smile to someone's lips.

Thanks so much Amanda!
