Today's parade of quilts are all going to kids.
This quilt top was made by Board Member Jeanne. She had a bunch of cute pig fabric in her stash that she wanted gone. Turned out she had enough to also finish the backing and the binding.
This tall quilt top was sent in by Kristin. It has lots of fun and silly novelty fabrics in it. So, we HAD to put the flamingo back sent in by Laura. I LOVE that pint! We had to add a bit to one side, but I had this large chunk or periwinkle purple that matched perfectly.
This quilt top and backing came from Board Member Penny. The top has some cute cat prints - the rest came out of her scrap bin.
This flannel quilt was made from a kit that was donated. Board Member Pam offered to finish up the top. I needed to come up with a backing and I decided to use the leftover fabrics. It took almost every last scrap to make it large enough.
I adore gingham and when I saw this cute little quilt Denice sent in, I have to say I squealed a bit. I knew right away I wanted to put this stripe on the back. I sent everything off to local quilter Cindy and she finished it up. I loved how it turned out!
Speaking of Quilter Cindy, when she brought me back some finished quilts, there was this sweet little quilt in the bag. She was using up some scraps and this was a quilt from one of her leader/ender projects. How cute is this echinacea print on the back?!
I hope all of you have a wonderful weekend.
There is a local quilt show this weekend so you know where I will be!

Very fun quilts, the kids who get them will love them.
What a wonderful parade of kids quilts today! I love the pieced backing that you made from the leftovers. I call those twofers. . .as either side could be the front!
Oh wow, that ombre quilt at the end is stunning. What a delightful grouping!
Lovely. I"m off to the post office to send you some tops!!
Flamingo fabric is so cute on the back. I’m so happy! Laura
Such fun quilts! I love the last one - the yellow to orange blocks and that sweet backing print. All that from leader/enders!
