Mid Week Finishes

Cindy sent in this lovely quilt top.  I really love the colors - plum and dark mustard.

Cindy also sent in the purple for the backing.
A big thanks to local longarmer Kelly for finishing it up for us.

We just received this finished quilt from Julie.  That bubblegum pink sure gives it a vintage vibe.

I always love to see quilts made from one of my patterns.  This is one of my Scrap Mixology patterns called Chaser.  I love how Sue put her colors together.  It is so playful!

Martha sent in the red doggie backing fabric.  We added some chunky leftovers to make it big enough.

We have lots of string quilts getting finished lately.  Karen made this top.  I think she also sent in the backing.  I love how happy and bright it is.
Local quilter Laura quilted this one for us - and sewed on the binding!

Check out this string quilt top sent in by Nann.  I love the layout!  We used up some florals we had for the backing.  They might have come from an estate sale recently.

We always try to use almost everything we receive.  These are actually pillow panels but we made them into a quilt top.  Nann sent in the pretty red for the sashing and Kat sent us the camo backing fabric.  The blue strip on the top and bottom was just a detail on the panel yardage.  There was just enough for me to add it in to extent the length of the quilt.  Kelly also quilted this one up too.

We have even more to share - I just need to get some photos taken!

Oh, I love the rainbow stripe backing on the first string quilt, and how fun to get a quilt top from one of your patterns!
