Finally, the end to a crazy busy week. You can bet I will be spending Sunday napping to catch up on much needed sleep.
We had our craft sale Friday and Saturday. The turn out wasn't great but we still sold quite a few items. What didn't sell will be stored for future sales - we will definitely do something similar again.
I didn't want to miss an Oh Scrap!, so I am just sharing one of the scrappy quilts we finished this week.
Here is a fun Veteran string quilt made from a combination of blocks sent in by donors and some made by myself. I decided to just add two horizontal strips of blue for a bit of interest - or maybe because I had these strips left over from something else and they needed to be used.
I think we still have plenty of finished RWB string blocks to make another quilt. I need Veteran quilt s for a December delivery so I had better get on that!
Hope all of you are having a wonderful weekend. I am looking forward to getting back to my regular sewing schedule!

It is now your turn to share what you are making with scraps. Here are the details for linking up:
- This linky party is for any scrappy project - It can be in-process or a finished piece.
- You can link up your blog post (not your homepage please) or Instagram photo from the past week that features your use of scraps.
- If you are linking to a blog post, I ask that you link back to my blog somewhere in your post. So if you are writing about scraps, just get into the habit of including a link as there will be a linky party available every week!
- If you are using Instagram, please use the hashtag #ohscrap.
- This is a party so remember to socialize and comment on the posts of others.
- Following my blog is not necessary but it sure would be great if you do!
