Last night, I finally found some time to sew a few more scraps.
I have been using scraps to make 6.5 x 9.5" slab blocks in red, pink and orange.
I am now making a scrappy slab of low volume prints (3.5 x 9.5") to sew to one side of the slabs.
I love it when my quilts end up being made from 100% scraps!

Scrap quilting is a satisfying feeling! You are making amazing progress with this quilt and as always...I'm waiting patiently to see the finish!
I'm looking forward to seeing what you're doing with these blocks! I've been thinking I might work towards one of the quilts from Kelly's book. I have to go back and look at it again and see which ones I was interested in making. Enjoy your Sunday!
I love to watch you play in your scraps! There's always fun in store!
Ohhhh can't wait to watch it grow!!
It's funny but working with scraps is something I really enjoy, even just the cutting and sorting bits. Stress free I guess.
Hi Cynthia, Great job using up those scraps! Using all warm colors is a sure bet, too!
Such a rewarding feeling to dive into the scrap bins and lose a few inches! Lol!
It's always inspiring to watch your scrappy projects come together.
