Sew Kitschy March Block

Still making progress each month on my Sew Kitschy paper-pieced wallhanging for my kitchen.  Here is the finished block for March....Isn't it cute!

Not only am I making progress by finishing another block, my paper piecing skills are definitely improving too.  I don't think I had to grab my seam ripper once for this one!

With January, February and March's blocks finished, I am a third of the way finished.

  1. That is an adorable block. The pattern itself is cute, but the fabrics that you chose put it over the top :-)

  2. Absolutely darling block! I will have to browse to see other blocks in this project because I love it!

  3. Nice work! I haven't started that one yet - must pull my finger out :)

  4. Paper piecing still terrifies me, but I do love your block. Those fabric choices are just perfect, especially the orange floral background, the pale aqua for the bowl, and the spoon fabric. So, I pretty much like ALL the fabric!

  5. Another neat block and your colors are wonderful!!Thanks for sharing.

  8. Neat colors--great block. I like her pp patterns too.

  9. For some reason I didn't realize all these I've been seeing you do were a BOM! LOL!! I get too focused at looking at your work...you are so dang talented Cynthia! I can't wait to see a post of the finished quilt...in your kitchen!
