Stash Additions

I have been very naughty lately!

It is not very often that I NEED a whole collection of fabric but recently there have been a couple that no amount of constraint could prevent me from owning!

Blueberry Park by Karen Lewis!  I can't even describe how much I love the colors in this collection.  I have had these two fat quarter bundles in my wholesale cart for months but just couldn't justify buying them.  Then, Craftsy had them for less than what it would cost me to get them through wholesale so I jumped at the chance.  You will be seeing these fabrics pop up in a few projects I am sure.  But right now I am just enjoying their loveliness!

Carolyn Friedlander is another designer I love.  I did resist getting the entire Carkai collection, but I had to have the Carkai coordinate bundle.  Some of my favorite prints in some yummy colors.

Now hopefully, I can resist any other purchases.  My fabric no longer fits in its home and has spilled out into another room.  Time for me to focus on getting some of it sewn up so I can close the closet door again!

But before I go, I want to be sure you have entered the Craftsy Class Giveaway for February.

Have a wonderful holiday weekend!

Blueberry Park has been tempting me too. I understand. In any case, it is better than chocolate (non-fattening) and flowers (lasts much longer). It could be your Valentine's day indulgence!!! Enjoy.

Great stashing! I was very lucky that Karen sent me some Blueberry Park for me to turn in to a quilt for her booth next week! It's great to sew with, I'm guessing that the treatment of the screen printing makes it slightly stiffer so I found that piecing accuracy was much easier, almost as if it was starched.

I love the Blueberry Park by Karen Lewis. I haven't seen that. The Carolyn Friedlander are staples in my stash. Love your selections.
Found your blog through Molli Sparkles.

That Blueberry Park is <3 - I couldn't resist getting a bundle of the neutrals, kind of wish I'd been able to justify getting the more colourful ones now, too! :)
