Lately, time spent in my sewing room has been few and far between. I hate when life gets in the way and the thing you really want to do the most just never seems to fit into your schedule.
But I do have all the components to an entire quilt top all ready for assembly.
I don't even think I am going to lay it out on the design wall. As soon as I am able, I am just going to enjoy the hum of my machine and let the scrappy blocks land where they may.

well, I am curious to see what will happen with this colorful scraps! Another beautiful quilt for sure.
Oh, I can sing harmony on that whole life-is-cutting-into-my-sewing-time song! At least you've got some pretties lined up for when you can actually get to your machine. Looks like it's going to be an amazing quilt!
Sorry to hear that you haven't had much time to sew. Here's hoping that you get to play with those dark multi prints soon!
I can see another one of your gorgeous creations in the making.
Oh, I am looking forward to that!
Love your scrappy colors! I know what you mean about life...I've had some busy weeks at work!
Not much interferes with my sewing, I'm fortunate in that aspect. I'll be back next week to see what you decide on the design. Thank you for hosting the link party.
Oh you have more of your delicious Licorice Allsorts fabric ready to go - love these!!
Life interferes far too much. LOL I haven't sewed since Thursday...I spent the weekend volunteering and tonight I'm trying to catch up on e-mails and blog reading.
You have the best scraps :-)
I finally got to putting some of the string blocks together from the soscrappy challenges at a quilt retreat this last weekend. I have 2 more blocks that need to be made.
Although that's not going to make it near the size I really intended, I just don't know if I am up to doing anymore. LOL
