Just last Sunday, I shared with you my Staggered 16-Patch Scrappy quilt top.
Now today, I am ready to share my finish!
I ended up having some time on my longarm schedule so I snuck it in and quilted up some quick vertical straight lines.
You can see that this quilt used up a number of gray scraps in the 16-patch squares. Then I pulled three different fabrics from my stash for the alternate blocks. Rather than make the alternate blocks square, I opted for a narrower rectangle.
I really like the results!
I used one of the fabrics I recently picked up from Connecting Threads on the back. And I had just enough of a gray fabric with purple dots for the binding.
I wish I could say this quilt put a dent in my gray scraps - but I still seem to have a basket full.
But I will have to give my attention to other colors right now that are exceeding their storage areas!
Wishing all of you a wonderful weekend.
Happy Friday!

Good Morning Cynthia! What a great use of your scraps. I just LOVE this layout . . . I adore those purple blocks that really pull out the depth of the grays. Gorgeous. ~smile~ Roseanne
