This week's scrap quilting was certainly all about sewing for future donation quilts.
I added a bunch of Positivity blocks to the design wall. I think I shared some green blocks previously. But now I have added some blue to the mix. My plan is to make my quilt 7 x 8 blocks so I am halfway finished. I need a few more blocks in blue - then I think I will add in some purple.
I need to do more digging and cutting in the next week.
A lot of the week was spent making these fabric slabs that will be turned into Meals on Wheels placemats. I am falling way behind on this project.
In fact, I haven't even looked to see what the RSC color for July even is!
For those in the US, I hope you are enjoying the holiday weekend!

Terrific Positively blocks, Cynthia! The addition of some blue sure adds to all the green ones the I thought were terrific on their own. Scraps are amazing in what fun and sparkle they bring to a project!
Those are great blocks for Positivity! I love your scrappy backgrounds - that's always my favorite. Your link-up isn't open yet, but I'll be back when it is. Have a great Sunday, Cyndy!
Love your blue and green blocks together, Cybthia
