Ooops - So Sorry!

I cannot believe I totally spaced out Oh Scrap last Sunday. I have been having those days lately where I think it is totally a different day of the week.  If you had a post to link up, feel free to link it up next Sunday. Sorry about that!

Sunday I had a huge shipment show up in my living room. Yep, those are large garbage bags full of fabric!  Kristin had an opportunity to get some fabric at a great price but she knew she wouldn’t be able to ship it from Washington due to cost, so thanks to some friends, we leap-frogged it here to Eugene. Thanks Kristin, Barb and Jeanne.

Not only was there fabric but there were a ton of quilt tops and ready to go “kits” to be parceled out to my little elves to finish up. Most everything has flannel so we will work our hardest to get them completed and delivered to kids this holiday season.

Thank you so much Kristin!
There are going to be so many cute quilts to be shared soon!

Wow, That is wonderful! And such pretty fabric. Have fun and I know you'll put smiles on a lot of children's faces.

No worries - I figured you were overwhelmed by your current projects and needed a day off! That's a lot of fabric, but you'll put it to good use. Take care, and give yourself a rest now and then!

What an amazing offering of kits, tops, and fabric.I'm sure Kristen and her elves are happy campers knowing these will be put to a great use ASAP! Thanks for letting us know about the day slip. I have the same issues sometimes and it makes me feel like I'm not alone.

I am SO happy to hear you forgot! I was sure you were without power because of hurricanes, and tornadoes, and whatever else is spinning around down south from here. Or worst, you were stuck in a hurricane, tornado and company. I am so relieved.
Yay for the truck load of fabric and fun. Kristin sure knows how to deliver smiles. Wow! Awesome team work here. Enjoy! ;^)

When it rains it pours! And how convenient to have the fabric sorted into sewing-ready bundles.

Some weeks it is hard to keep track of the days. What a fun fabric haul! You'll need lots of elves to work through all of that.
