This week, I have gone back to cutting in preparation for a Sew Day Fundraiser we are having September 20th. I will have more specific information soon. I try to only do the cutting in spurts and then let my shoulders rest. I have plenty of time to get it all prepared.
I have been pulling any and all scraps we have that will work for kid blocks. I have already cut the 4.5" squares and now I am working on the 2.5" strips. As I am sorting scraps, any that make a good binding candidate are getting cut, sewn, pressed and rolled.
All of this work had better make a huge dent in our scraps!
I do need to start a new scrap quilt but I haven't seen anything lately that inspires me. I am sure something will pop up soon.
