Oh Scrap! : Nothing Much to Share

Most of this week's sewing was spent on finishing the blue scrappy quilt I shared Friday.  Other than that, there really hasn't been much progress made on anything else.

I did decide what to do with the stack of older fabrics I found.

I am going to make these blocks - alternating two different fabrics.  The strips are all varying sizes to the lengths of the blocks will all be different.  We shall see how they all work together.

I have cut all the pieces for a number of blocks, and I just need to find some time to sit and sew.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

  2. I like those! A friend gave me a kit that she decided not to make, and it has tons of two inch strips. They would be perfect for making blocks like those! Great for leader/ender blocks, too, since they wouldn't require much prep time. Thanks for the idea! Have a great Sunday, Cyndy!
