This week just really flew by!
Most of the things I worked on, you will have to wait a few days to see.
You might remember I have been working on finishing up the 9-patches for my white based low volume heart quilt. The quilt is now finished and I just need to sew the binding on it.
I really like how it turned out, so this week I cut and sewed 40 more blocks with cream based low volume prints. My plan is to put a pink heart on this second quilt.
Now I just need to cut and sew the pieces for the big 18" heart. Hopefully I can get that completed this week. I am hoping on Friday to share the red heart quilt.
I am just happy my low volume bin is no longer overflowing!

You've got some great low volume prints there! Fun to look at them up close. I always wanted to make a completely low volume quilt, but never have - this one's going to be beautiful! Have a great Sunday, Cyndy!
I love those low volume blocks. What a great back drop for the brilliant reds!
Nice to see the heart quilt again- great progress
That's a happy problem to have, Cynthia. I wish my low volume would be overflowing. I found myself searching for low volume fabric most of the time.
You have some lovely prints in there. Enjoy! ;^)
Such a cheerful quilt! I can see why you’re making a second one!
Your heart quilts will be terrific! I love all the different low volume prints.
Great low volume prints on your blocks Cynthia. Looking for next Friday for seeing the Heart Quilt, I am sure it is awesome. Have fun with your pink squares.
A gab session AND low volume stitching. . .what a terrific day! I love what you are doing with the blocks.
What a lovely mix of low volume prints. They are playing so well together.
I love the way the heart quilts are coming along.
Love the low volume fabrics that have sparks of colors. It becomes a cozy vibe with zip.
There's nothing like taming a scrap bin! Your heart quilt looks fabulous.
Love your low volume prints. Adding the big red heart makes a unique quilt.
It seems surprising to me that you would have such a plethora of light prints. That is something that I have to go buy often since that was not something that I had collected as much of. Good job!
